At Red Sparrow we only supply tea decaffeinated by Carbon Dioxide (CO2) Tea Decaffeination.
Known as a natural method of decaffeination, tea is combined with CO2 in a high-pressure environment, basically 'pressure cooking' the tea with this naturally occurring gas to transfer the caffeine from the tea to the CO2 which is then removed, retaining the flavour & health benefits of the tea.
