Should you wish to return your purchase you need to do so within 7 days of receiving your delivery to be eligible for a store credit only. We do not offer refunds.
Return postage is at your cost.
Goods must be in new and re-saleable condition.
We do not offer refunds, credits or exchanges on tea due to health and safety reasons.
Sale items are not valid for returns or exchanges.
Faulty or Incorrect product received:
Should you receive a faulty/damaged item we require a photo and email to advise us within 48 hours of delivery. We will then contact you to organise an exchange.
This is a strict time frame and anything outside of this time period is not eligible for exchange or credit.
If the return is the result of an error by us please contact us with your Invoice number and details so we can organise to exchange the product for the correct item. Postage will be paid by us.
